These Messaging Terms apply to text messages (SMS and MMS) that CarTopia LLC sends to customers who provide their mobile number and consent to receive text messages from our dealership.

Program Description

CarTopia sends text messages in connection with inquiries about vehicles, service, financing, appointments, and follow-up communications. Text messages come from a business number staffed by our dealership team.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages from CarTopia is not a condition of purchasing any vehicle, product, or service. You may decline text messages and still do business with our dealership by phone, email, or in person.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our text messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from CarTopia in any of the following ways:

• Completing a form on mycartopia.com that includes a clear opt-in checkbox and disclosure
• Providing a mobile number and opting in during an in-person visit to the dealership
• Providing a mobile number and opting in during a phone call with a CarTopia representative
• Replying to an inbound text or initiating a text conversation with CarTopia's business number

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and interaction with the dealership. You may receive follow-up messages related to a lead, appointment reminders, service status updates, and responses to your questions.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any message sent to you from us or to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for details on your text messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from CarTopia. After you send STOP, we will send you a message confirming you have been unsubscribed and no additional messages will be sent to you. If you want to opt back in at any time, sign up as you did the first time.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and others.

Privacy

Information you provide when signing up for text messages is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties for marketing.

Changes to These Terms

CarTopia may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
